Shortbread can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks or frozen for up to 3 months in a sealed container. If frozen, bring it back to room temperature before slicing and serving. Shortbread should always be sliced and served at room temperature.

Yes, most flavors are available in gluten-free. Visit our shop page to see what’s currently offered. We use a gluten-free flour, but all products are processed on the same equipment. If you have a severe gluten sensitivity or celiac disease, please take that into account.

Yes, completely fine. Our shortbreads are shipped fresh (not frozen). The ice pack is included as a courtesy and only lasts about 24 hours. Shortbread is safe at room temperature for 4–5 days in transit. A delay won’t affect quality.

Do not slice in the tin. Always remove the shortbread first by scoring the edges with a knife or offset spatula and gently popping it out. Slice on a cutting board with a sharp knife—only at room temperature. Never slice cold or frozen.
